Ice Skating
About this event
Why is ice so slippery? How do skaters keep their balance? What’s your body actually doing when you glide, spin, or stop?
Forces in Motion turns the rink into a science lab! Once a month, kids and families can dive into hands-on activities that explore the science of ice, balance, motion, and the human body. Curious minds will experiment, ask questions, and then take what they’ve learned out onto the ice.
